摘要
目的 了解党政领导干部是否存在对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的歧视。方法 采取问卷和访谈两种形式。结果 党政领导干部中存在对AIDS患者的歧视。基线调查发放问卷380份,回收的36 9份中,34 .4%非常同意和基本同意“只有卖淫嫖娼和同性恋者才会感染AIDS”,36 . 3%的人非常同意和基本同意“只有吸毒等堕落的人群才会感染AIDS”,36 . 2 %的人非常同意和基本同意“在工作提升、调动、培训或就业等方面限制HIV感染者的机会”,38 .6 %的人非常同意和基本同意“将HIV感染者/AIDS患者与健康人群隔离”。如果家人感染了HIV ,6 4 . 5 %的人选择“让生病的家人隔离”,2 2 . 7%的人“不知道”该怎么办,只有1 2 .7%的人选择“给予温暖并积极帮助治疗”。假设属下感染HIV ,6 0 .1 %的人选择“不用管他”,1 6 . 1 %的人选择“公开他的病情并解除他的工作”,2 0 . 6 %“不知道”如何办。结论 加强知识普及和政策倡导,改变党和政府的领导干部对艾滋病病毒感染者及患者的歧视,是防治艾滋病的当务之急。
Objective To identify the presence of discrimination among major government and Party officials against PLWHA.Methods Questionnaire and interviews were conducted in the survey.Results There is certain discrimination against PLWHA among government and Party officials.Three hundred and eighty copies of questionnaires as baseline survey were distributed and 369 copies were recovered.Of the survey subjects 34.4% strongly agreed or basically agreed that'Only commercial sex workers and homosexuals can be infected with HIV';36.3% strongly agreed or basically agreed that'Only the degraded groups such as drug users can be infected with HIV';36.2% strongly agreed or basically agreed to 'restrict the opportunities of PLWHA in job promotion and reassignment,training or employment';38.6% strongly agreed or basically agreed to 'Segregate PLWHA from the general propulation';64.5% chose to 'Segregate family members infected with HIV';22.7% answered'do not know' what to do;only 12.7% chose to 'provide care and help them seek treatment'.Supposing the employees were infected with HIV,60.1% chose 'no need to care for them, they deserve it';16.1% chose to 'disclose his conditions and dismiss him from his position';and 20.6% answered:'do not know' what to do.Conclusion It is an urgent priority of HIV/AIDS prevention and control to reinforce knowledge dissemination and policy advocacy and to change discrimination among major government and Party officials against HIV/AIDS.
