摘要
对灰铸铁进行离子渗氮渗硫复合处理,采用SEM、EDAX和XRD研究了渗层的组织结构,采用往复式滑动磨损试验机及SRV型高温摩擦磨损试验机分别在无润滑和油润滑条件下,对原始材料、离子渗氮表面、离子渗氮渗硫复合处理表面进行了摩擦学性能研究,并探讨了磨损机理。结果表明,由于离子渗氮和离子渗硫复合处理后的灰铸铁兼顾了亚表面的硬度和表层的减摩和润滑作用,改善了摩擦学性能,使其表面的耐磨性明显优于原始材料和离子渗氮者。
A combined treatment with ion nitriding & ion sulfurizing was carried out on the surface of grey cast iron.Microstructures of the treated coatings were observed and analyzed by SEM,EDAX and XRD respectively.The tribological characteristics of the non-modified surface,the ion nitrided surface and the ion nitrided & ion sulfurized combined treatment surface of the grey cast iron were tested under unlubricated friction and oil-lubricated frication respectively with a reciprocating slippage abrasion machine and a SRV high temperature abrasion machine.And the abrasion mechanism was also discussed.The results show that the wear resistance of the combined treated grey cast iron is better than that of the original or the ion nitrided one evidently,because it possesses a good tribological performance with a high hardness in the subsurface and a lubricating capacity in the top-surface.
