摘要
对Fe1.5Cr2.0Ni0.85Mo1.7Cu和Fe4.0Cr3.0Ni0.85Mo1.7Cu两种扩散型合金粉末进行了研究,采用热锻烧结法获得了高的烧结密度,并与冷压法进行对比试验。试验结果表明,热锻烧结密度比冷压烧结密度有显著提高,密度可达7.7g/cm3,近似完全致密材料的组织,硬度和耐磨性也有显著提高。
The diffusible alloy powders of Fe-1.5Cr-2.0Ni-0.85Mo-1.7Cu and Fe-4.0Cr-3.0Ni-0.85Mo-1.7Cu were investigated in this paper. A high density material was obtained by hot-forging sintering. The results show that the density of the hot-forging sintered material is greatly enhanced than that of the cold-press sintered one. Its density is up to 7.7 g/cm3 and approaches a completely compact structure. The hardness and wear resistance of the hot-forging sintered one are increased remarkably too.
