Research of New Manufacture Process for Large Spheroidal Tank

通过已施工完成的4000m3大型球罐,介绍无胎具、无中心柱法组装大型球罐的新工艺技术。利用该技术可保障球罐的安装质量,大大缩短组装工期,且降低了制作胎具及中心柱的一系列费用,为今后同类项目提供了借鉴。

In this article, with the sample of 4000m 3 large spheroidal tank, a new technique without the use of positioner and center pole in assembling large spheroidal tank was introduced. Through using this technology, the installation quality of speroidal tank can be guaranteed, the cost of making positioner and center pole was saved. This technique can be referred lately in the same project.
