Application of Vacuum Technology and Equipment in Chemical Process Industry

摘要 概述了真空技术在化学加工工业中的应用,并着重介绍了真空蒸馏蒸发设备和真空发生装置(主要是各类真空泵) Uses of vacuum technology in chemical process industry were briefly stated in this article. The characteristics and application of various vacuum distillation evaporators and vacuum generation devices (mainly pumps) were introduced emphatically.
