摘要
焊丝钢中碳、硅和铝的质量分数较低,可以获得很好的拉拔性能和焊接性能,为满足生产优质焊丝钢宜采用低碳、硅和铝的质量分数的脱氧剂。采用新型脱氧剂SiCaBaMgMnAl1号、SiCaBaMgMnAl2号、SiCaBaMgMn以及作为对比实验的FeAlMn,以H10Mn2为实验钢种在MoSi2炉内进行脱氧实验。结果表明,SiCaBaMgMnAl1号的脱氧效果最优,能够在较短时间内达到脱氧平衡,氧的质量分数降到较低水平,夹杂物以复合形式存在,熔点低而且易上浮排除。
The welding wire steel should be of high drawability and good weldability with low carbon, silicon and aluminum content. And then new deoxidizers containing low carbon, silicon and aluminum even without silicon and aluminum are favorable. The study was carried out for steel grade H10Mn2 in MoSi2 furnace with new deoxidizers, namely, SiCaBaMgMnAl-1, SiCaBaMgMnAl-2 and SiCaBaMgMn. FeAlMn was also used as reference deoxidizer. The experiment showed that SiCaBaMgMnAl-1 is the best one, with which the deoxidation balance can be reached within 15 min, with 8×10 -6 of dissolved oxygen and 33×10 -6 of total oxygen, and compound inclusions of low melting point as deoxidation products which can be removed easily.
