厄贝沙坦预防阵发性心房颤动复发作用的观察

Effect of irbesartan on preventing recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

目的探讨厄贝沙坦预防心房颤动复发的作用。方法将78例阵发性心房颤动患者随机分为口服胺碘酮组(甲组)和口服胺碘酮加厄贝沙坦组(乙组)各39例,观察窦性心律的维持情况。结果甲、乙两组随访时间分别为304.5±120.6天和272.7±107.4天,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),窦性心律的维持率分别为56.41%和76.31%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦可预防心房颤动的复发。

Objective To observe effect of Irbesartan on preventing recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 78 cases of patients were randomized to group A (39 cases) treated with amiodarone or group B (39 cases) treated with amiodarone plus irbesartan. Results Follow up time,304.5±120.6 days in group A and 272.7±107.4 days in group B,has no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Sinus rhythm was maintained in 56.41% patients in group A and in 76.31% patients in group B,which was significantly difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan may be favorable in preventing recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
