This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on how to improve the efficiency of college students' political and ideological education from the following four aspects: strengthening the ability to handle crisis of political and ideological education, gradually perfecting the leadership system of political and ideological education, exploring the scientific teaching mechanism, and optimizing the subjective and objective management mechanism of students' political and ideological education.
