This paper describes the process of implementing the trinity of the three management systems (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) in the Library of Western Chongqing University. In the paper, each step of the procedures is described in detail on how the trinity of the three management systems is carrying out. At last, the paper also expatiates on successes and failures concerned with the procedure.
