摘要
为了解不同黄瓜品种幼苗期的耐盐性,用不同浓度的Na2SO4,CaCl2等摩尔混合盐溶液处理3个黄瓜品种的种子和幼苗。结果表明,低浓度的混合盐溶液可促进黄瓜子叶的生长。随混合盐溶液浓度的升高,下胚轴变短变粗;津绿3号和白玉春的发芽率逐渐降低,绿岛1号无显著变化。当混合盐溶液浓度达250mmol/L时,津绿3号出现死亡现象;盐溶液浓度达300mmol/L时,白玉春出现死亡现象,绿岛1号无法正常生长。综合幼苗期的各项指标可以看出,绿岛1号的耐盐性较好,白玉春次之,津绿3号最差。
Effects of the salt stress caused by the combination of equal moles of Na_2SO_4 and CaCl_2 on seed germination and seedling growth of three cucumber cultivars were studied in this paper.The results showed that low salt concentration could improve the growth of the cotyledon of three cucumber cultivars.With the increasing of the salt concentration,the hypocotyls of the three cultivars became shorter and thicker;the germination rate of seeds of Jinlu No.3 and Baiyuchun reduced,while there was no effect on Ludao No.1. Jinlu No.3 was died at the concentration of 250 mmol/L,Baiyuchun died at 300 mmol/L and Ludao No.1 could not grow normally at the same concentration of salts.It indicated that the tolerance to salt stress was Ludao No.1>Baiyuchun>Jinlu No.3.
