摘要
首先从电力系统控制、运行、管理需求分析出发,提出了与现有处理实时信息的监控与数据采集(SCADA)系统平行的一种新的厂站级设备,即变电站智能信息集成与数据服务器(SIADS),用于集中处理变电站内非实时、准实时智能设备的集中式信息集成与数据服务,并提出了采用嵌入式系统相关的硬件指标与数据处理模型。为实现该服务器的目标,采用MPC8250作为其主CPU,并提出了以MPC8250为核心的中央控制单板。在应用软件中,根据IEC61850作为该服务器的设计指导原则,包括其信息建模和基于制造报文规范(MMS)的上行通信协议。
Based on a demand analysis of substation control, operation and management parallel with the existing SCADA system, a new concept of substation automation equipment at the substation level named SIADS, i.e., the substation intelligent integration and data service server, is put forward to process the centralized information integration and data service for non-operational IED's. An embedded hardware system with MPC8250 as the primary CPU is recommended and the main CPU board with all the core components for SIADS is provided. For the software design, the core standard adopted is IEC 61850, which includes the information modeling and MMS-based upward communication interface.
