摘要
介绍了具有知识性、过程性、调节性的元认知理论,分析了它对实现操作票模拟培训的实际指导意义。结合上安电厂开发的操作票自动生成系统,运用元认知理论设计实现了具有良好通用性的操作票模拟培训系统。在该培训系统中,以人机交互为主要模式,在运行人员对仿真图中的电气设备进行操作过程中,系统会对运行人员的每一步操作进行监控,并根据其正误给出相应的调节指导建议,使运行人员在模拟操作过程中逐步提高自己的操作元认知水平,完善专业知识,优化操作策略。实际应用表明,该培训系统可以很好地满足运行人员的自我培训和技能考核的需要。
The metacognition theory is described in detail with respect to its intellectual, procedural and regulatory characteristics, and its guidance function in implementing the simulation training system of switching operation order is analyzed. Based on the metacognition theory and an actual power plant, a universal intelligent training system of switching operation is successfully designed. In this system, the main mode is man-machine interaction mode. When operators are operating the electric equipment, the system will simultaneously monitor each step of the operators to make corresponding suggestions for improving their metacognition ability, perfecting their specialty knowledge, and optimizing their operation tactics. It is proved that this system can satisfy the need of the self-training for operators and the skill-check for the power plant.
