Relation between microstructure of semisolid metaland its rheological behaviors

摘要 从固体颗粒形态、颗粒大小、聚集程度、聚集体堆积方式4个方面系统地阐述了半固态金属微结构与其流变性的关系.证明了微结构决定流变性,而外部流变因素如剪切速率和剪切时间,是通过改变体系的微结构来影响其流变行为的. In this paper,the relation between the microstructure of the semisolid metal slurries and its rheological behaviors is systematically analyzed.The results indicate that it is microstructure that determines the rheological behaviors of semisolid metal slurries,whereas the external flow conditions,such as shear rate and shearing time,affect the rheological behaviors by changing its microstructure.
