摘要
设计了实验系统,研究了生物组织超声回波时移与其温度的相关关系,以期利用这种相关性实现热疗中组织温度的无创检测.以去气水和新鲜的离体猪肝为实验研究对象,采集其在不同温度(20-50℃)下的组织背向反射超声回波信号.实验结果表明:组织内超声声速随温度的变化而变化,它与加热区域内的组织热膨胀一起引起了回波变化,回波时间的变化与温度升高之间有明显的相关性.初步研究证实:基于不同温度下组织背向反射超声波信号的精确采集,可利用回波时移的温度相关性实现组织温度的无刨检测.
The purpose of this paper is to study a kind of noninvasive temperature measure method, which based on shifts in echo location of backscattered ultrasound from heated tissue. In our experiments, the correlation of shifts in echo location of backscattered ultrasound and temperature in tissue was studied. The experiments were carried out on degassed water and in-vitro fresh liver tissue of pig during the temperature range from 20-50℃, and a series of shifts in echo location of backscattered ultrasound were obtained in different temperature. It has been found that the shifts in echo location of backscattered ultrasound varied in accordance with the temperature changes in tissue, and this correlation may be used to estimate the heated tissue temperature in hyperthermia.
