田间噻嗪酮与黄绿绿僵菌对褐飞虱的协同防治 被引量:2

Synergism Between Low Concentration Buprofezin and Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum on Controlling Nilaparvata lugens Stl(Homoptera: Delphacidae)

摘要 在广州郊区稻田中用黄绿绿僵菌Metarhiziumanisopliaevar acridumBosenbergetStrand和低用量农药噻嗪酮(buprofezin)对褐飞虱NilaparvatalugensSt l进行了协同防治作用药效试验。试验验共设低用量噻嗪酮、高用量噻嗪酮、黄绿绿僵菌、l低用量噻嗪酮和黄绿绿僵菌混施、清水对照共5个喷雾处理,每处理3个重复小区(4m×5m),随机区组排列。在处理前1天、处理后的第2、6、11、16、21d分别调查褐飞虱每丛的飞虱数。结果表明,低用量噻嗪酮与黄绿绿僵菌混施可以有效的控制田间稻飞虱的种群密度,对成虫的防效在第16天、对若虫第21天时达到95%以上,其相对防效和虫口减退率都有明显升高并表现出明显的协同作用,这种协同作用对褐飞虱成虫的防治效果优于对褐飞虱若虫的防治效果。 The synergism between low concentration buprofezin and Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum to control brown planthopper (BPH) Nilaparvata lugens was tested in paddy field in Guang Zhou City, Guang Dong.Four treatments and one water control were included in the experiments: low application rates of buprofezin, high application rates of buprofezin,Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum and low application rates of buprofezin + Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum with each being replicated in three plots (4m×5m). Counts of the adults and nymphs of brown planthopper were made before the day of treatment, and 2nd ,6th ,11th,16th and 21st day after treatment. The result showed that buprofezin synergizes Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum. Both the density decrease rate and relative efficacy increased significantly from simultaneous use of Metarhizium anisopliae var. acridum and buprofezin comparing to those from lonely use. Thus the fungus and buprofezin combined formulation tested in this study are of great potential use in brown planthopper control.
