二次世界大战后,美国、日本等国家处于战后经济时期,煤矿事故频发,煤矿安全管理难度较大,各国均采取了相应的管理措施,从而有效减少了伤亡人数,提高了经济发展水平。工业发达国家采用的安全管理方法及在安全管理中所积累的经验,对于我国安全管理工作有很好的借鉴作用。

After the second world war,some country such as America and Japan were during the period of Postwar economy.The accident in coal mine happened frequently.Safety management in coal is hard.Many country has adopted measurement accordingly,and then reducing the casualty persons.Elevating the degree of economy progress.Industrial advanced country's safety management and their experience on safety management are good to our safety management.
