摘要
观察安灭菌(Augmentin)、棒酸(Clavulauic acid)及羟氨苄青霉素(Amoxicillin)对大肠杆菌、克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌及金葡菌感染小鼠的保护效果。结果是安灭菌对大肠杆菌感染小鼠的ED_(50)为4.39mg/kg与羟氨苄青霉素的3.26mg/kg相似,比棒酸的134.72mg/kg强30.7倍。安灭菌对克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌感染小鼠的ED_(50)为8.05mg/kg比羟氨苄青霉素ED_(50)2OO.39mg/kg或棒酸ED_(50)196.29mg/kg强25倍。安灭菌对金葡菌感染小鼠的ED_(50)为2.87mg/kg比羟氨苄青霉素ED_(50)15.33mg/kg强5倍,比棒酸ED_(50)103.79mg/kg强30倍。安灭菌的体内抗菌作用明显地比它的组成成份羟氨苄青霉素或棒酸单独使用强。
The efficacy of Augmentin was assessed in infected mice and the following results were obtained; The ED50 value of Augmentin against mice infected by E. coli were 4. 39mg/kg similar to that of Amoxicillin (ED50 = 3. 26mg/kg) and lower than that of Clavulauic acid (ED50 = 134. 72mg/kg). The ED50 value of Augmentin against mice infected by KI. Pneumoniae were 8. 05mg/kg lower than that of Amoxicillin (ED50 = 200. 39mg/kg ) and Clavulauic acid (ED50 = 196. 29mg/kg ). The ED50 value of Augmentin against mice infected by S. aureus were 2. 87mg/kg also lower than that of Amoxicillin (ED50 = 15. 33mg/kg) and Clavulauic acid (ED50= 103.79mg/kg).
