东菱精纯克栓酶治疗缺血性脑血管病

OBSERVATION ON NEFFICACY OF BATROXOBIN IN TREATMENT OF CEREBROVASCULAR ISCHEMIC DISEASES

报道了东菱精纯克栓酶（ＤＦ－５２１）治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的疗效，共４１例。结果基本痊愈率３９％，总有效率９２．７％。在使用该药（克栓酶１０ＢＵ溶于１００～２００ｍｌ生理盐水，静脉滴庄，隔日１次，共３次）后２４ｈ内出现疗效者８２．９％。频发的ＴＩＡ多数在２４ｈ内发作被控制。

patients with cerebral infarction and 6 patients with frequent TIAs were treated with intravenous batroxobin in a regimen of 10BU dissolving in 100～200ml of normal saline q.o.d×3.Results showed that 39% of the patients response excellently and an overall improvement rate of 92.7%,82.9% of the cases got improvement within 24 hours after administration and the symptoms of TIAs were controlled within 24 hours in most cases。
