罗力得治疗呼吸道感染

OBBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF RULID IN TREATMENT OF RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS

用罗力得（１５０ｍｇ，２次／ｄ）治疗呼吸道感染患者３０例，对照组２０例采用头孢拉定（５００ｍｇ，３次／ｄ）治疗，用药５ｄ。比较了两者在治疗呼吸道感染中的疗效和安全性。结果表明，罗力得治疗呼吸道感染的疗效与头孢拉定相似，二者的临床有效率（痊愈＋显效）分别为９０％和８５％，经Ｘ２检验，二者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．５）。罗力得组４例出现轻度胃肠道反应，不需中断治疗。因此，罗力得不失为治疗呼吸道感染的一种安全有效的口服抗生素。

patients with mild and moderate respiratory tract infectionswere treated with 150mg Rulid(Roxithrornycin)twice daily for a period of 5days in comparison with 20 patients treated with Cephradine 500mg three timesdailv for 5 davs as control. The total efficacv rate for Rulid was 90%and forCephradine was 85%。The results showed no statistically significant difference be-tween the two,However,1here were few and mild antibiotic-related side effects inRulid group.So it could be considered that Rulid is an effective and safe oral an-tibiotic for treatment of upper and lower respiratory tract infections.
