结合知识管理的原则,讨论企业在产品开发过程中,应根据所开发产品的特点,形成与自身能力相适应的产品开发流程体系。这一体系使产品开发过程随着市场需求变化得到及时调整,在满足客户需求的情况下,迅速、准确、高质量地推出新产品。
In the course of product development,combining with the principal of knowledge management,the process system of procuct development should be formed and adapted to the abilities of enterprises based on the characters of product development。In the system,the process of product development can be adjusted to suit changes of the market demands。Therefore,it makes enterprises develop new products with high quality quickly and accurately under the circumstance of meeting the requirements of customers.
