精神科医护人员心理健康状况及有关因素调查

Survey of mental health state of psychiatric staff

用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）对山东８个地市级精神病医院的医护人员６８４名进行了心理健康状况调查。结果显示：精神科医护人员总的心理健康状况较好，ＳＣＬ－９０总均分及各因子分均较一般人群偏低，逐步回归揭示，影响医护人员心理健康水平的前三位因素依次为：来自患者的心理损害、自身健康状况和生活事件。

The mental health level of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses was assessed with SCL-90 in 8 mentalhospitals in Shandong province The results of 684 subjects were compared with Chinese norm of SCL-90 and no signifi-cant difference was found either in general index or in individual factor. In a stepwise multiple regression analysis,thefactors most relevant to mental health of psychiatric staff were the pressure from clinical work,physical health condition,and life event.
