摘要
本文从速冻调制食品"冷藏链"经营技术着手,对生产与流通的各环节,提出了质量、温度控制的基本要求,对"冷藏 链"经营技术的规范进行了尝试性的探讨。
This article is dealing with the 'cold chain' management technology of prepared frozedn food, proposing the elementary requirement towards quality, temperature control in each sement of production for warding and also attemptatively discussing the standardization of 'cold chain' management technology.
