摘要
学生管理是一门科学,也是一门艺术。在高校学生管理工作中,熟练地掌握与学生谈话的艺术,对于提高学生管理的效果有着重要的意义。
Students management is a science and an art as well. In the process of college students’ management, the technique of talking with students should be grasped skillfully, which is not great significance to intensify students’ management’s effectiveness.
