摘要
为了在就业中体现性别平等,保障女性充分就业,防止女性地位受到损害,政府有关部门应将社会性别问题纳入国民经济和社会发展的主流。造成女性就业困难的因素主要有:社会对于不同的性别有着固有角色期待和定位;在社会性别的角色分工上,私人领域和公众领域被截然分开;亲属权利义务关系的牵绊也会影响女性就业;社会文化对性别形象进行控制和规范。
In order to show the sexual equality in employment,to ensure the full employment of women and to protect women status from infringing on, the relevant departments in government should bring the gender problem into the main stream for the development of national economy and society. The society has fixed expectation towards different sex. As for the role division by gender, the private and the public have been totally separated. The relationship of right and duty among relatives also influences the women’ employment. The society have to control and regulate the sexual image.
