The definition and concept of voltage and electric potential difference in varying electromagnetic field were stated. The interrelation of two important physics concepts was discussed. At the same time,the condition of voltage and electric potential difference in quasi-stationary circuits was revealed, and the difference between two physics concepts was clarified further.
