摘要
在开发电子式安全气囊的台车试验中,台车模拟的波形与ECU点火所需的波形存在着一定的差异,此差异是客观存在的,也是不容忽视的。结合X车型安全气囊开发过程中的台车试验(48kph)和实车碰撞试验(48kph),对台车模拟试验中的这种波形差异问题进行了分析,并提出了具体的解决方案。
During the bled test matched with airbag test, the bled simulating waveform is different from the waveform needed by ECU to ignite. The difference actually exists and cannot be ignored.The waveform problem during bled simulating test was analyzed by combining with the bled test (48 kph) and the vehicle test (48 kph) matched with airbag test.the concrete solutions to the above problem were proposed.
