自贡黑山羊产肉性能研究

Study on the mutton performance of Zigong black goat

对自贡黑山羊4月龄、6月龄、12月龄和成年羊进行了屠宰测定。4月龄羯羊的屠宰率、净肉率分别为47%、34%;6月龄自贡黑山羊公羊、母羊和羯羊的屠宰率、净肉率分别为45.43%、34.17%,47.13%、35.04%,47.60%、35%。12月龄自贡黑山羊公羊、母羊和羯羊的屠宰率、净肉率分别为48.11%、37.53%,47.27%、36.53%,48%、38.47%。成年自贡黑山羊公羊、母羊的屠宰率、净肉率分别为49.4%、38.2%,45.6%、35.9%。比较分析,表明自贡黑山羊早期产肉性能高于国内其它中小型山羊品种。

We have slaughtered and measured the mutton performance of 4-mont h age,6-month age,12-month age and adult Zigong black goat.The result indicate d that the slaughter ratio and net mutton ratio of 4-month age wether, 6-month a ge buck,doe and wether, 12-month age buck?doe and wether, adult buck? doe were respectively 47% and 34%;45.43% and 34.17%,47.13% and 35.04%,47.60% and 35%;48 .11% and 37.53%,47.27% and 36.53%,48% and 38.47%;49.4% and 38.2%,45.6% and 3 5.9%. The comparative analysis stated that the early mutton performance of Zigon g black goat was better than that of the other meat goat breed of China.
