On the Government Own-interests and Its Transparency Administration

From the angle of economics, government has the nature of own-interests which decides there is a tendency of pursuing the maximum of own-interests in government administration. The nature of government own-interests must be in contradiction with the purpose of government public-interests. The transparency of government administration is an effective countermeasure to solve this contradiction and make government activities always in the public-interests, which should be in the way of law.
