腹主动脉狭窄后心肌重量和血液流变学的改变 被引量:2

摘要 大鼠腹主动脉狭窄3个月后,全心重/体重、左心室重/体重和左心室湿重/干重等比值增加;红细胞变形能力减弱,聚集性增强,电泳率减慢,血浆纤维蛋白原浓度升高,全血和血浆粘度增加;并且全心重/体重、左心室重/体重和左心室湿重/干重等比值与血液粘度、红细胞刚性指数和聚集指数等血液流变学指标显著正相关。血液粘度升高,可能使心肌负荷增加,并引起心肌缺血,刺激心肌蛋白质合成,进而诱发并促进心肌肥厚的发生和发展。 A significant increase in whole heart mass/body weight, left ventricular mass/body weight and left ventricular wet weight/dry weight occurred three months after abdominal aorta banding in rats. In addition, erythrocyte rigidity index and aggregation index markedly increased by 22. 8% and 18.7%, respectively. Erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility reduced by 16. 3%. Plasma fibrinogen concentration rose by 24.0% Both whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity markedly elevated. In rats after abdominal aorta banding, significantly positive correlations between whole heart mass/body weight, left ventricular mass/body weight, left ventricular wet weight/dry weight and the hemorheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index and aggregation index, etc. were found. It is suggested that elevated blood viscosity might induce and promote the development of cardiac hypertrophy through an increase in overload of heart and myocardial ischemia.
