Discussion on pathogenesis of dachaihu decoction syndrome

结合小柴胡汤证 ,从病机和用药上探讨大柴胡汤证蕴含的气血辨证思想 ,认为大柴胡汤能够气血同治 ,以期为临床更好地应用经方和药物提供思路。

Based on syndrome of xiaochaihu decoction,the differentiation of syndromes according to pathogeneses of qi and blood of dachaihu decoction was discussed from pathogenesis and drug effects .It is concluded that dachaihu decoction is a classical prescription that can treat both the pathological change of qi and blood .It is expected that this paper can provide a better thinking of the clinical use of classical prescription and drugs.
