溶栓疗法是治疗急性脑梗死的主要方法之一,但疗效有待提高,再闭塞及继发出血率较高,气机紊乱是急性脑梗死及溶栓后短时间内的主要病机,调气法可纠正气机紊乱,提高疗效,减少并发症。

Thromboclasis is one of main methods of treating acute cerebral infarction, but the rates of reoblitreration and hemorrhagoc-transic it caused are high. The disorder of qi movement is main pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction before and after thromboclasis . The method of regulating qi can correct the mechanism of qi, develop the effectiveness and reduce the complication caused by thromboclasis.
