From the view point of vascular endotheliocyte(VEC)function to discuss the acting mechanism of emotional factor-initability in the occurrence and development of the CHD(chest pain syndrome)by analyzing the relationship between liver-fire syndrome,type A behavior pattern and coronary heart disease(CHD).The study provided a new mentality for the TCM research of etiology and pathogenesis,as well as,a new method for the prevention and treatment of CHD.
