自心房侧与心室侧射频消融旁路两种方法的应用及比较 被引量:1

摘要 旁路射频消融可自心房(A)侧与心室(V)侧进行。A组特点:需要较高能量及消融时间,消融导管局部电图可记录到心房最早激动点,A波≈V波;应用于右侧及某些左侧特殊病例。V组定位精确可快速消融旁路,V波明显>A波。两种方法交替应用可提高消融成功率。 Accessory pathways(AP)may be ablated at the atrium(A)or ventricle(V)side.The character of A group included;higher power and longer duration for ablation,EAA was recorded at local electrogram of the ablated catheter,A wave was almost the same as V wave;this manipulation was used to ablate right side AP and some special left side AP,while in the V group the position of AP could be accurately localized and ablated,the V wave was significantly bigger than A wave.Alternate use of the two manipulations may improve the rate of successful ablation.
