摘要
用从100个10mers随机引物中筛选出的13个具有特异多态性引物对黑子南瓜种质资源遗传多态性进行了RAPD(RandomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA)分析.结果表明,RAPD对中国南瓜种、印度南瓜种、美洲南瓜种及黑子南瓜种的分类与传统分类学的结果相符.我国现有栽培黑子南瓜在DNA水平上的同源性极高,种质资源的遗传变异度较小,多样性水平较低,不如其它三个南瓜种多态性丰富.
The genetic diversity in 10 cultivars of Cucurbita ficifolia and 21 cultivars 0f other pumpkin and squash was analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNAs (RAPDs) of specified thirteen primers screened from 100 arbitrary 10-mer primers. The results of the RAPD, which can group perfectly all the tested accessions into four species: Cucurbita moschata, Cucurbita maxima, Cucurbita pepo. and Cucurbita ficifolia, indicated that the genetic diversity of Cucurbita ficifolia resources in China is very poor, and much lower than other three species of Cucurbita.spp in China .
