Along with the development of modern science and technology, influence of mass communication has been extended to all of the facets of social life, and to the formation of people's spiritual value in an extensive and deep way. It has also brought forth a radical change in the environment of minor's growth. Therefore, an effective implementation of minor's moral building requires us to pay attention to the deep impact of mass communication on minor's growth from the viewpoint of time's requirement, to promote actively the innovation of minor's moral education in concept, mechanism, method and content, and to build a good environment beneficial to minor's growth for the purpose of facilitating minor's development in both physique and mind.
