我国青少年男子足球运动员特征性运动自信心发展特点的研究

Research on Characteristic Movement Self-Confidence Development of Junior Male Soccer Player

运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、心理测量和数理统计等方法,对我国35 8名青少年男子足球运动员特征性运动自信心的发展特点进行了全面研究。结果表明:1 7～2 0岁高年龄组运动员的特征性运动自信心水平好于1 2～1 6岁的低年龄组运动员,且有非常显著性差异;优秀组运动员的特征性运动自信心水平好于一般组,且差异非常显著;场上不同位置的青少年男子足球运动员特征性运动自信心水平没有差异;运动员在少年时期,随着年龄的增长,他们的特征性运动自信心发展变化不大。但在少年向成年过渡这个时期,随着年龄的增长,运动员的特征性运动自信心发展变化较大,且呈逐渐增强趋势;我国青少年男子足球运动员特征性运动自信心的影响因素主要由心理优势、竞技能力、社会榜样、战略与思维决策、价值观、裁判影响、经济条件和文化水平等因子组成。

Through using the method of literature,expert interview,mental measurement and mathematical statistics,this paper made overall research on characteristic movement self-confidence development of 358 junior soccer players.The result showed that the characteristic movement self-confidence at 17～20 age group was better than 12～16 age group,there was significant difference between them.The elite group was better than ordinary group,and difference was significant.There was no significant difference for junior male soccer players at different position on field.At q young age,player's self-confidence didn't change greatly with the age increased.While transition from young to adult,their self-confidence change greatly with the age increased.The influence factors of self-confidence of our junior male soccer players include mental advantage factor,competitive ability factor,social model factor,strategy and decision-making factor,value factor,referee influence factor,economic condition factor and education level factor.
