摘要
运用定性和规范分析的研究方法,对我国体育事业的属性进行合理定性和分类。通过研究发现,我国体育事业同时具有公益性与产业性双重属性,不仅如此,中国体育事业还可以根据公益性和产业性这两种属性分为4种类型:完全公益型、完全产业型、部分公益与部分产业混合可分型、部分公益与部分产业混合不可分型。结论:在制定体育经济政策时,必须根据体育事业的不同属性来制定不同的体育经济政策,只有这样,我国的体育经济政策才能与体育的不同属性相匹配,从而促进我国体育事业的健康、全面发展。
Through using the qualitative research method and standard analysis,this paper made rational categorization on attribute of our sports career.The result showed that our sports undertakings exhibited both public and industrial properties.Moreover,our sports career can be further categorized into four aspects: wholly public,wholly industrial,separable mix of partly public and industrial,inseparable mix of partly public and industrial.It concluded that the different sports economic policies made must be based on different properties of sports career during the process of policy formulation.Only in this way can our sports economic policies be truly compatible with different attributes of sports, which promote the development of our sports career in a healthy and comprehensively way.
