摘要
用γ谱法对黄土样品进行了U、Th、K的元素含量测定,与等离子质谱(ICP MS)分析方法的结果进行了比较.结果表明,两种测定方法分析结果相符,偏差大多数在10%以内.γ谱法的3次平均结果与等离子质谱分析方法的误差在1%以内.
Two loess samples are analyzed by both gamma-ray spectrometry and ICP-MS for the element concentration of U and Th. A comparison of analytical results between Gamma-ray(γ) spectrometry and ICP-MS was discussed. In general, a good agreement between two techniques is obtained, the relative deviation for these elements are within 10%.
