Fostering the Spirit of Assessment and Constructing Harmonious Campus

建设和谐社会是中共十六届四中全会提出的历史任务,构建和谐校园既是高等院校发展的需要又是历史的必然。建设和谐校园是一项系统工程,既需要全体师生员工发扬迎评精神,积极参与,又要有制度创新,还要处理好各种关系。

Constructing a harmonious society is a historical task put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Constructing harmonious campus is not only the needs of institutions of higher learning for development but the inexorable trend of development as well. Constructing harmonious campus is a systematic engineering, which requires, on one hand, the whole staff fostering the Spirit of Assessment and participating actively, on the other, system innovation and balanced relations.
