医用微波灭菌器对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭效果影响因素的研究

STUDY ON THE FACTORS INFLUENCING EFFICACY OF MEDICAL MI-CROWAVESTERILIZER IN KILLING SPORES OF Bacillus subtilis var.niger

在研制的医用微波灭菌器中测定了多种因素对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭效果的影响。试验表明，在试验条件下，敷料包的重量与含湿率，电源电压，菌片性质和所处层次等均可影响杀菌效果。在灭菌器内同一层次不同位置，菌液含有机物的多少对其杀菌效果无明显影响。

Study on the factors influencing the efficacy of medical microwave sterilizer in killingspores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger in dressing packs was carried out in laboratory. The steri-lizer chamber has a volume of 570 ×540×420 mm3 and a rotating plate of 530 mm in diame-ter(15 rpm)is installed in it.The microwave used is 2450 M Hz in frequancy and 3 kW inpower output.The dressing pack weights 5.25 kg(400 ×300 ×16 mm3 ).The experimental results indicated that the weight and moisture of the dressing pack,electric voltage,nature of the carrier and the depth of carrier location could influence thegermicidal efficacy.Different positions of the same depth in the sterilizer and the content oforganic substance(calf serum)in the bacterial suspension had no significant influence ongermicidal efficacy.
