紫外线消毒箱消毒效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 实验证明,在紫外线消毒箱内,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌,5秒钟的杀灭率达到99.9%以上,对枯草杆菌芽胞和白色念珠菌需15秒钟。照射30秒钟,可使HBsAg全部转阴。物品性质、有机物、温度、箱内的载物网等可影响消毒效果。 The ultraviolet disinfector is an aluminum cylinder of 20 cm in diameter and 25 cm inheight. There is an aluminum loading net at the middel of the cylinder.Two H type ultravioletlamps of 12 W are installed above the loading net and one below the loading net.The intensi-ty of ultraviolet radiation at the loading net is 9200~ 11300 μW /cm2.On test,irradiation for1sec could kill 99.9% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on glass, while 5 sec wererequired for killing Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 15 sec for spores of Bacillus subtilis var.nigerand Candida albicans, and 30 sec for negative-conversion of HBsAg(ELIs.Irradiation for 3 sec could kill more than 99.9%of artificially contaminated E. coli onmetal forceps,while 60 sec were required for killing natural bacteria contaminating the for-ceps.The character of surface of the article,low temperature and double-faced contamina-tion of the article could significantly influence the disinfection efficac
