篮球“原地单手肩上跳投”技术教法的实验研究

The Experimental Probe into Technical Teaching Method of Basket's Jumping up and Shoeting by Single Hand and over Shoulder

在篮球“原地单手肩上跳投”技术教学过程中,采用讲解、示范与录相、挂图相结合的教法进行了实验研究。结果表明,该教学方法能有效提高学生原地单手肩上跳投技术,调动学生的积极性,提高分析与解决问题的能力,在篮球教学中应广泛推广。

During the course of technical teaching method of basket's jumping up and shooting by single hand and over shouleder ,the author makes an experimental probe by adopting the combination of illustration,demonstration,video and hanging chart .The result shows this teaching method can improve the students' technique effectively,arise the students' enthusiasm and improve the ability of students' analyzing and solving the problem .It is widely popularized in having basket lessons.
