摘要
企业技术工人总量不足,技术等级偏低,技能单一,尤其是高级技能人才年龄偏高,技师、高级技师严重缺乏的现状,要求高职院校必须加快对紧缺高技能型人才的培养,与之相应的教育观念、教育理论、教育体系和制度、教学内容和方法也要不断进行深入改革。
Nowadays, most enterprises are facing the problem that the total sum of the technological workers is in shortage. Besides, most of these workers are with relatively low technological degree and unilaterlal techniques . What's more, the senior technical talents are always around comparatively old ages of their career, while technicians and senior technicians are seriously lacking. In view of such situations, the advanced professional colleges should accelerate the cultivation of high-degree technicians ,and it has been the vital business of immediate urgency. The reforms of the college educational conceptions,theories, systems and regulations, as well as the teaching contents and methods are extremely required.
