摘要
测试了热、紫外线、臭氧、过氧乙酸、碘伏、来苏儿、新洁尔灭、乙醇对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的杀灭作用。在所试剂量下,各种因子对该菌均有一定杀灭作用,但杀灭的效果不全一致。不同株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌间,或鼠伤寒沙门氏菌与大肠杆菌之间,对各种因子的耐受力可互有强弱。
In order to carry out correctly disinfection of
Salmonella typhimurium contamination inhospital,the resistance of the bacteria to
heat,ultraviolet radiation,ozone, peracetic acid,iodophor,lyso1,bromogeramine and ethanol was
studied.Five strains of S.typhimurium iso-lated from wards were used in the experiment and
Escherichia coli was used as control。The results showed that all the physical and chemical
agents at dosages tested had certain killing effect on,typhimuriuum, but the efficacy was
different.Among them,boiling0.02% peracetic acid and 7 5 % ethanol had higher efficacy,while
the efficacy of ozone fumigation(10.0 mg / m3.40 min)was lower.0.02% peracetic acid with a 5一
min contact time could completely kill S.typhimurium on test articles and hands and 75%
ethanol could com-pletely kill the bacteria on them1ometer.The resistance to various
bactericidal agents tested was different between different strains of S. typhimurium or between
S. typhimurium and E. coli.
