摘要
研制的过氧乙酸气体餐具消毒柜对大肠杆菌和白色葡萄球菌,使用1g/m3过氧乙酸;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,使用2.5g/m3过氧乙酸,熏蒸60分钟,杀灭率均达99.9%以上。对现场的污染餐具,按1g/m3过氧乙酸,熏蒸60分钟,合格率达80%以上。
In order to provide a
new method for disinfection of tableware,the peracetic acid gastableware disinfector was
developed.The disinfector is made of wood,has two layers of doorsand is 1.0m3 in size. It is
separated by a holed septum into upper and lower parts.Aperacetic acid evaporator is put in the
lower part for evaporating peracetic acid by heating.30ml of peracetic acid is used and
evaporated for 60 min each time. The stock solution ofperacetic acid used is 19% in
concentration and is diluted to optimal concentration accordingto requirement during
disinfection. It was indicated in laboratory experiment that 99.99 %~100.00 % of Escherichia
coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strip could be killed when peracetic acid 1 g / m3
with60一minute contact time was used.These results met the requirements of
disinfection(killingrate > 99.9%).For Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore,the dose of peracetic acid
should be in-creased to2.5 g/ m3 to attain the same efficacy. The on一the一spot observation in
restaurants indicated that the eligible rate of disinfectedtableware was higher than 80% when
peracetic acid 1 g / m3 with a 60-minute contact time was used.
