含氯复方洗消片稳定性的研究

STUDY ON STABILITY OF COMPOUND CHLORINE-CONTAINING GERMICIDAL DETERGENT TABLET

对以二氯异氰尿酸钠配制的合氯复方洗消片，在实验室内测定其稳定性。根据试验推算，在室温下有效氯下降＜１０％的保存时间为１．５～３．０年。将洗消片置于玻璃瓶、塑料瓶与复合膜袋内较易保持稳定。低温情况下较高温稳定，粉剂较洗剂稳定。杀芽胞试验与有效氯测定结果基本符合。

The compound chlorine-containing germicidal detergent tablet contains sodiumdichloroisocyanurate,anion surfactant,phosphates,etc. The tablet weighs 0.7 g and containsmore than 1 7 % of available chlorine. Its available chlorine content and germicidal stabilitywere deteimined in laboratory,The available chlorine was measured by iodometry. Thegermicidal test used cloth strip(1×1cm2)contaminated with Bacillus anthracoides sporesas the bacterial carrier. The results indicated that the germicidal detergent tablet was quite stable under condi-tions of 37℃ and RH > 75%. After storage for 3 months, the available chlorine content de-creased from 17.77% to 16.39% with a decrease rate of 7.77% and the germicidal efficacy de- creased from 100. 00%(exposure for 25 min )to 99.99%,According to the rate of decrease inavailable chlorine,it was estimated with Arrhenius index and activation energy value(24.4kcal / mol )law that the storage time for decreasing less than 10%(50.9) at room temperaturewas 1.5～.0 years, but the available chlorine content in solution of the tablet(containingavailable chlorine 732 mg / L )decreased more than 10% after stay for 2 days.The test also indicated that the germicidal detergent tablets packed in glass bottle,plasticbottle and PAP(polyvinyl-aluminum-polypropyrene )membrane bag were more stable thanthose packed in polyethylene membrane bag and AP(aluminum-polyvinyl )membrane ba.It was more stable at low temperature than at high temperature and more stable in powderform than in tablet form.
