摘要
对紫外线理发工具消毒器破坏HBsAg抗原性的效果进行了检测,经紫外线照射40分钟,可使刀、剪表面污染的HBsAg抗原性破坏。其效果不受物品在消毒器中所置层次与水平位置的影响。
The ultraviolet haircut utensil disinfector
has a box-type (45 cm × 35 cm × 45 cm)structure with three 15 W ultraviolet lamps installed
inside the box at upper,middle and lowerpositions respectively and two metal grids separately
the box into upper and lower parts forloading of articles to be disinfected. The intensity of
ultraviolet rays inside the box can attair500μW· s/cm2.Its efficacy in destruction of
antigenicity of HBsAg on the surfaces of ra-zors and hair scissors was examined.The results
indicated that the antigenicity of HBsAg onthe surfaces of razors and hair scissors was
destroyed after exposure to ultraviolet radiationfor 40 min. The efficacy was not influenced by
the location of the article in the disinfector.
