The energy issue has been one main factor that restricts China's economy development. For the energy security and environment protect request, China's energy structure will be diversified and consume more high quality, effective and clean energy, the ratio of coal and oil consumption will decrease. China's petroleum companies should transfer to energy companies, so as to develop replacing energy and new energy to meet the future energy demand of China.
