机械通气治疗急性重症左心衰竭的临床应用

Clinical application of mechanical ventilation on the treatment of patients with acute severe left heart failure.

目的:探讨机械通气在抢救急性重症左心衰竭患者中的临床应用。方法:对20例急性重症左心衰竭患者在常规治疗的同时,应用机械通气辅助治疗,观察通气前后血液动力学的变化。结果:通气治疗后,17例患者症状明显改善,血气分析等参数与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),顺利脱机。结论:机械通气治疗急性重症左心衰竭能迅速改善患者的临床症状,纠正低氧血症,大大降低死亡率,是一种积极有效的辅助治疗措施。

Objective: To probe into the clinical application of mechanical ventilation on the treatment of patients with acute severe left heart failure. Methods: 20 patients with acute severe left heart failure were treated with mechanical ventilation in addtion to conventional treatment. The change of blood dynamics was observed before and after mechanical ventilation. Results:After to accept mechanical ventilation , the clinical symptoms of 17 patients had been abvious improvement, there was remarkable difference in hemodialysis than before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation could improve symptoms and hypoxemia in patiens with acute server left heart failure and reduce death rate. It was a safe and effective method in treating acute server left heart failure.
