穴位注射治疗中风后偏瘫患者的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on acupuncture points injects for instauration of CVA Patients

目的:探讨穴位注射对中风后偏瘫患者肌力恢复的疗效。方法:将60例中风偏瘫患者随机分成两组,对照组30例,接受常规针灸治疗与护理;治疗组30例,在接受常规针灸治疗的同时,给予黄芪注射液+丹参注射液穴位注射,观察两组治疗后肌力恢复情况。结果:治疗组的肌力恢复情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射能有效提高偏瘫患者的肌张力。

Objective:Discuss the function about acupuncture points injects for instauration of patient's muscle power with CVA.Method: 60 cases of CVA patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases of control group accepted general acupuncture and injection;30 cases of test group accepted general acupuncture and acupuncture point injection with Huangqi and Dansen.Result: The effect of the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of acupuncture points injection could effective improve patient's muscle power with CVA.
